Orders are dispatched from Reliquia Collective Monday to Friday. 

Processing times are approximately 1-2 Business Days.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping (4-8 Business Days) and Express Domestic Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.

New Zealand orders are shipped via DHL Express International (2-5 Business Days) for a flat rate of $18.00 AUD.

International orders are are shipped via DHL Express International (2-7 Business Days depending on your location). We offer a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for shipping to ZONE 1 and $30.00 AUD for ZONE 2.

Please note during busy periods there may be dispatch delays of up to 5 business days.

Delivery may incur delays which are out of our control.

Reliquia Collective offers store credit in exchange for returned goods that are unworn, in saleable condition and received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our returns portal here. 

Please note, we ask that we are contacted within seven days of the items receipt to authorise a return.

Items included in promotional sales are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.

In the unlikely case an incorrect item is received please contact our customer service team to facilitate an exchange. 

We do not accept returns on items that belong to the category of pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Please note we are unable to facilitate a direct exchange for another item or size.
