Stick to a routine. I wake up at least 1.5 hours before my work day begins to read a book, make a proper breakfast, and have my coffee outside.
Exercise. I book into gym classes so I'm held accountable and actually move my body. It's been one of the best things for my mental health though my body hates me for it - I'm definitely not enthusiastic about exercise...yet.
Skincare. Cleanse, gently exfoliate, apply serums, moisturise. Every night.
