      Orders are dispatched from Reliquia Collective Monday to Friday. 

      Processing times are approximately 1-2 Business Days. Please consider this time to prepare and dispatch your order in addition to our delivery estimates.

      Next day and additional express services are available for metropolitan postcodes in NSW, VIC & SA through our courier partner.

      All other Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping (4-8 Business Days) and Express Domestic Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.

      New Zealand orders are shipped via DHL Express International (2-5 Business Days) for a flat rate of $18.00 AUD.

      International orders are are shipped via DHL Express International (2-7 Business Days depending on your location). We offer a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for shipping to ZONE 1 and $30.00 AUD for ZONE 2.

      When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once you have received this, you can check the status of your order and follow the progress of your parcel.

      We are not able to offer collection of our orders from our studio nor can online orders be picked up from our store.

      We offer Pre-Orders to secure a purchase of out of stock, exclusive and pre-season styles. 

      The wait time for pre-order items varies dependant on the piece and can be up to six-eight weeks. Please note, styles can sell out when on pre-order as we limit the quantity available. 

      Please note there can sometimes be unprecented delays with receiving stock.

      Orders including pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available to dispatch. When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once you have received this, you can check the status of your order and follow the progress of your parcel. If you would like to enquire about splitting the shipping of your order, please contact our customer service team via email with your name & order number at; assistance@reliquiajewellery.com

      In our continued misson to reduce our impact on the enviroment we only order limited stock of certains pieces. As a result of this pre-orders cannot be cancelled as the stock has already been allocated.

      If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch we may be able to cancel. Please send us an email as soon as possible to assistance@reliquiajewellery.com or chat with us via the live chat available on our website to check if this is possible. 

      If the order has already been prepared for dispatch we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items or cancelling. 

      Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.

      In specific circumstances, we may be able to assist with same day shipping provided that you are located in the Sydney metropolitan area. Please contact assistance@reliquiajewellery.com to enquire about this service.

      Prices listed on our store are GST inclusive as we are located in Sydney, Australia.

      We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis and are not responsible for customs duties and taxes for international customers.

      Please note shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to sender.

      Reliquia Collective offers store credit in exchange for returned goods that are unworn, in saleable condition and received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.

      Please note, we ask that we are contacted within seven days of the items receipt to authorise a return.

      Items included in promotional sales are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.

      In the unlikely case an incorrect item is received please contact our customer service team to facilitate an exchange. 


      We do not accept returns on items that belong to the category of pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

      Please note we are unable to facilitate a direct exchange for another item or size.

      Please note, we require that we are contacted within seven days of the items delivery date in order to authorise a change of mind return.

      Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label via Email to send back your item(s). 

      Following the receipt and assessment of your return, Reliquia Collective will share a store credit code via Email if it is provided that;

      -Items are returned in their original condition and unworn i.e. are not tangled/damaged, and are in the original jewellery box.

      - Items do not belong to the category of pierced Jewellery or hair accessories.

      -Items are returned within the specified time frame of fourteen days after the delivery date.

      Please note we do not cover the cost of returning your item(s) to us. The cost of your return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.

      As we use two different inventory systems, we are not able to accept returns from our Bondi location at our studio. Please visit our concept store to arrange a return.

      Once your return has been received and assessed, a unique store credit code will be shared via Email. 

      Store credit can be used towards any of the pieces on our online store including Reliquia, Valet, Primavera, Respiro, Blanca and Aeyre and will be valid for two years.

      CARE & REPAIRS

      Jewellery


      We strongly recommend against having your jewellery come into any contact with chemicals, including but not limited to cosmetics, perfume, lotions and salt water. This is to prevent the jewellery from wearing down and discolouring.

      Due to the nature of the metals, tarnishing may occur over time. This is dependant on a number of factors such as the acidity of your skin and the way the jewellery has been looked after. 

      Cleaning cloths are recommended for our jewellery, please take note of what the cleaning cloth you are buying is recommended for as different cloths are used for different kinds of metals.

      Remove jewellery prior to any exercising, swimming and showering. Wipe down the pieces and store the pieces in the provided boxes in between wears. Make sure the jewellery remains cool and dry.

      As the chains provided with our necklaces are fine, excessive tugging can result in distorted links before snapping.


      Apparel

      The unique care instructions for our apparel is included on the care label attached to the inside of the garment. We recommend caring for our pieces according to these instructions to avoid any discolouration or damage.

      Please note any pulls or holes on Knitwear pieces are not considered a fault due to the nature of the fabric and must be treated with care.

      Reliquia Collective offers a six month warranty for all faulty pieces purchased through our online store and we provide a complimentary shipping label through our Returns Portal if your order falls within this timeframe.

      Please follow our care instructions carefully as if your item has been damaged as a result of wear & tear or improper use, we are unable to assist you with a repair or replacement. 

      If your item is believed to be defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by Reliquia Collective.

      If your item was purchased through another boutique, please contact them directly as they will be able to assist.

      For pieces from our Fall 23 collection, please check if they are eligible for our re-plating service and contact us via email or using the chatbox.

      Undying love leads to normal wear and tear. Select gold styles from the Fall 23 collection will be eligible for our re-plating service. Once returned to us, we will re-plate your piece(s) and send them back to you within 8-12 weeks. Please contact us via the chatbox or send us an email with your enquiry.

      FIT & SIZING

      For garments with multiple sizing options, we recommend reading the measurements provided on the product listing carefully to ensure sizing suitability prior to purchase. 

      If garment specific measurements are not available, please contact us at assistance@reliquiajewellery.com for more information.

      Wherever possible, a sizing chart is provided underneath the product description to guide your selection.

      Unless otherwise specified, we use the everyday chain here for all of our pendant pieces. This is available in 18" and 21" lengths.

      Please note we do not offer multiple sizing options for all pendant necklaces.

      We aim to provide the measurements for our jewellery wherever possible in the product listing. If a specific measurement is not available, please contact assistance@reliquiajewellery.com.

      We create rings in size US 6, 7 & 8 for the perfect fit.

      If sizing options are not available for your ring, the piece is a US size 7. This is a standard ring size with a 17.3 mm diameter.

      Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be private and confidential. At no point will we share your personal information without your consent. For further details, please read the Reliquia Collective terms and conditions statement here. In order to register as a user of Reliquia Collective, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address, contact number and email address. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email or mobile. If you do not wish to receive such contact, please update your subscription preferences. In order to process credit-card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that we do not keep any of your details on the Reliquia Collective site, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the online store.
