      RETURN POLICY

      EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT: 

      Reliquia Collective offers store credit in exchange for returned goods. Please note weare unable to facilitate a direct exchange for another item or size.

      Store credit can be used towards any of the pieces on our online store including Reliquia, Valet, Respiro, Blanca and Aeyre and will be valid for three years. 

      Reliquia Collective does not accept returns when;

      * Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. are tangled/damaged, have been worn, not in the original jewellery box.

      * Items belong to the category of pierced Jewellery.

      * Items are returned outside the specified return time frame of fourteen days after the delivery date.

      Please note we do not cover the cost of returning your item(s) to us. The cost of your return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit in the case of change of mind returns.

      Please ensure fit prior to purchase as we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges for other sizes of apparel items. In the case of sizing unsuitability, we offer store credit in exchange for the returned goods.


      FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM: 

      When bought from our store, we provide a six-month warranty period for Reliquia Jewellery where we will repair the item or replace it at our expense.

      Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater). Our care instructions can be found here

      We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned period.

       

      SALE ITEMS:

      Please note items included in promotional sales are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty.

      CANCELLATION POLICY:

      Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it is placed as we have an automated shipping system. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process. 

      If there is an error in your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

      As cancellations are a change of mind, they will be eligible for a store credit as long as they adhere to our change of mind requirements. 

      We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost during shipping. 

      Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments in the case your address was incorrect, there were failed delivery attempts and/or your package was sent back to our warehouse as an RTS (return to sender).
